About us

Everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and included.

At Fit For All LA, we bring adaptive fitness to individuals with special needs through movement that’s personal, encouraging, and real. Every session is built on trust, not pressure.

Why Fit For All LA Exists

Growing up alongside my older brother, I saw how much movement could change his world. When exercise was approached with patience and intention, his confidence grew, his focus improved, and his sense of independence expanded.

Movement became a way for him to engage, regulate, and feel capable in his own body.

I also saw the limits of the systems around him. Too often, individuals with developmental differences are expected to conform to environments that were not built with them in mind. Programs move too fast, instructions are rigid, and success is measured by fitting in rather than being supported.

Fit For All LA was created in response to that gap. Sessions are not built around a preset model. They are designed to adapt to the individual. Pace, structure, and activities reflect real needs, real energy levels, and real progress.

This approach helped my brother grow through movement, and it is the same philosophy I bring to every family I work with.

Coach Andrew with his older brother, Nickolas, whose journey helped shape the philosophy behind Fit For All LA.

    Andrew Titoian

    Experience-Led. Professionally Trained.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Special Populations Specialist focused on adaptive fitness for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental conditions. I combine formal training with over a decade of hands-on experience, working one-on-one with clients, coaching adaptive sports, and supporting families throughout Los Angeles.

I started Fit For All LA because I have seen, firsthand, how powerful the right support can be. As my older brother was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, growing up alongside him shaped how I understand movement, patience, and progress.

Fitness is not just physical. It builds confidence, creates connection, and helps people feel capable in their own bodies. That is the foundation behind every session.

Since 2012, I have worked closely with families, each with their own goals, challenges, and strengths. What I have learned is that people do not just want a program. They want someone who understands, adapts, and shows up consistently with patience and skill. This is the heart of every Fit For All LA session.
